E & S Foods was started by the Guttilla family in 1980 delivering products throughout the NYC tri-state area. Rapid growth saw the company move into their first warehouse within the first year of the company’s creation. E&S Foods is a fully family run business since its inception.
The new 72,000 SF facility that E & S Foods partnered with North Creek Construction on will house over 3,000 specific products for sale and be the new hub for the over 1,000 customers that currently utilize E & S Foods services.
Construction of the new state of the art facility commenced in the first quarter of 2022. Due to the specific constraints of the proposed work area and the close proximation of wetlands, it was critical that the site area of the new building be maintained throughout construction.
This facility was designed with large structural concrete foundation walls, footings and piers to support the pre-engineered metal building structure over concerns with a high water table.
Due to delays from the township on procurement of our construction permits, foundations were installed during the winter months. NCC was up to the task as we made appropriations to have the majority of the concrete foundation work completed during winter months.
The project was completed the fourth quarter of 2023.
