Fairfield Self Storage has been in business for over 15 years servicing the community’s storage needs. Located in a heavily transited commercial area they offer storage solutions to suit multiple needs. With units ranging in size from small 5’ x 5’ spaces to fully drive up accessible 10’ x 30’ exterior storage units this new facility is one of the most state of the art in its class in the area.
Fairfield Self Storage partnered with North Creek Construction during the first quarter of 2017 to commence design of the proposed 70,000 SF new construction. Held up by the township for a number of years, Fairfield Storage & North Creek teamed up to get the conceptual design plans through the planning process and get shovels in the ground as quickly as possible.
The site specific nature of this project was a perfect fit for North Creek being we self perform our own site work. With the existing challenges that we were presented which included relocation of existing utility lines within the building footprint, to existing rock conditions discovered during excavation, to unforeseen environmental site conditions we were able to complete the project on time and within the contracted amount.
Fairfield Self Storage is one of the only climate controlled self storage facilities in the area.
